Project5-2

Anger is a normal human adaptive response to a threatening situation and has been important for our continuing survival. The instinctive way to express anger is to respond aggressively, which traditionally has allowed us to fight or defend ourselves. However, in today’s workplace when anger and frustration get out of control it can lead to conflict with others, ultimately affecting team work, co-worker morale and productivity.

the other situations that cause frustration or anger is

1.quickly becoming aggressive and argumentative when communicating with co-workers
2.frequent criticism of co-workers behaviour or performance
3.showing disrespect towards supervisors/managers
4.giving up easily and refusing to participate in work activities.

when hard to use computer cause users to become frustrated. it can effect workplace, users mood and intreactions with other co-workers. previous research has examined the frustration that graduate students and their families face in using computers.
